ocd
i always think i check my email too compulsively, especially since i'm not involved in res-life anymore and don't have to solve other people's emergencies...i stop thinking that i'm so much worse than everyone else when i send out an evite and half my friends respond to it or at least view it within a couple hours...
or my friends are all just dorks too ;p
